What should be treated first?

If a patient has heat, stagnation and chi deficiency, what should be treated first? Or should they be treated simultaneously?

additional details: Long term heat and poor circulation, along with kidney yang deficiency.

It will depend on the diagnosis, what is the patient&#39s chief complaint? if you can figure out the pattern of the syndromes from the patient, it will easily to make the treatment plan.

it is best that you first mae a more thorough assesment on the patient to determine the root cause and be able to identify the condition that is in need of urgent attention or may cause more harm as compared to other symptoms/complaints. it is actually best if you also ask the patient what he feels and what he wants to be adressed first as he may be feeling some discomfort that bothers him the most
