How do you treat a pilonidal cyst, what are the best points ,and what herbal formula is recommended

because it is treated very differently by a western md

Can you recommend a great formula?
I’m guessing to drain damp heat from the pt with heat signs / and another
for cold damp

Like anything else you should treat the root. I don’t know that I would suggest any formula. I’d suggest trying acupuncture first and seeing how they respond before trying to work in herbs.
