    I would start by reading the links and the majority of the books listed at the bottom within our TCM theory section.

    There are two books on general theory that I would recommend: "" and "." If you are interested in Chinese Medicine dietary theory at all I would highly recommend Pitchford&#39s "" a very accessible and fascinating read!
