Acupuncture, particularly with cupping, would generally be far superior, but there are some points that can be helpful with acupressure. Generally you would work on the liver and gallbladder meridians in most cases. So points like GB 34, LV 3, UB 60, GB 31, UB 40 and then some local massage around the lower back would be helpful.
