Parkinsons disease?

As i understood from reading the web, the parkinsons is an excess of yang. Per the western medicine is a total depletion of dopamine
this is a case of and old person so the excess of yang should be compensate by an increase of ying, which point would you suggest?
and is there anything to do with the lack of dopamine?
thank so much for the answers of people with experience in treating this disease.

Parkinsons is not an excess of yang generally speaking. Usually it’s basis is more kidney yin deficiency with liver stagnant heat - but there are other diagnoses. I would start by reading an article I wrote describing our treatment approach for Parkinsons.
