Hello there , i frequently get allover the left side of my body a numb and tingling feeling ,and if i hapened to spend a long time in the rest room my left leg tight even buttock (sorry!!) hurt , please what's wrong?

You should consult directly with a practitioner for symptoms of this nature. Numbness can come from nerve problems and/or circulatory issues and is impossible to diagnosis without seeing you in person.

numbness on body means Qi and blood stag.

try sleep on right side everynight.

to prevent apoplexy try eat more vegetable food.

go CT or MRI to check cervical vertebra and head brain to see if everything OK. reduce Fat food or Fried food.
