Light patella problems

hi,
can anybody recommend a set of points that I can treat to overcome patella problems due to overcharge?

First let the patient lie on the bed, bend knee 45-90 degree, points: He Ding, St35 or Xi Yan, Gb33, Gb34, St34, K10, Sp9,10, St36, 40 with nearly ashi points. for overcharge should add some loss weight points on stomach area. such as St25, Sp15, Ren12, Ren9 and local fat area, for knee area should verticle needling, for stomach area should flat needling.
