Young 17 yr old female athlete has come me for massaging a knot in her leg. She is a water polo athlete. Is there any recommendations to how I should proceed ?

As this appears to be a regularly treated non complex issue you might want to clarify the information you are looking for. First, are you a fully trained and licensed massage therapist? or do you have training in some other related area? If so, what about this particular case is concerning to you?
