    There are multiple possible causes of excess prolactin levels and a simple web search would be where to start. There is no one to one mapping of western diagnosis/condition to TCM theory. Broadly speaking the function of the hormones is explained by the kidney system (see my kidneys are what) and by some of the extraordinary channels particularly the chong.
