How many remedies can be mixed?

Trying to balance various remedies for multiple ailments, and not sure how many can be taken in the same day. Looking to use as many of the following as possible. Please advise if any should not be taken together:

Bu Zhong Yi Qi Wan (dropped spleen “pot belly”, possible injury)
Du Huo Ji Sheng Wan (arthritis/joint/spondylosis)
Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan (chronic UTI and keratoconjunctivitis “dry eye”)
Ba Zheng San [NO mutong] for acute UTI onset only

Other medications:

Hypothyroidism (taking 0.15 mg thyroxine 2x/day)
Keratoconjunctivitis (taking tacrolimus in MCT © 0.02% ophthamic)

Other conditions:
Urinary incontinence (untreated)
Some gastrointestinal upset (untreated)

If you can help, I would be most grateful.

In short, herbal medicine and combinations is best left to a skilled practitioner who is deeply familiar with your case. A slightly longer answer about how you don’t choose herbal formulas by symptoms is present in What does acupuncture treat? - which I suggest you read.
