Ezcema problem please help

Hi,

I recently have the Ezcema problem where my neck, both underarms and inner tigh have skin problem which itchy and rash and the infected area inflamed and irritated.

It has been one month now and the afflected area still doesn't show any sign of recovery.

I search online and this is what it say-no cure!!!
