How long will it take for the meridians to recover after surgery ,especially in caesarean (transverse) section ? when can we start treatment in such cases ? kindly add suggestions .

    I think it depends on the individual situation. If the woman has practiced qigong, yoga or other types of meditation, it should be faster. But how long exactly - it&#39s a very relative issue.

    During my caesarean, I felt the qi from the lower dantian suddenly moved up to the middle dantian. It was a strange experience.
