I have a 16 year old patient with hypermobility syndrome which causes her a great deal of pain especially in her lower back and hips. Has anyone had a successfull treatment for a similar case?

Why don't you start with describing the basics - what is your diagnosis and supporting signs and symptoms, what have you tried with acupuncture, etc. in exact terms and what response have you had. Don't get too tied to western diagnoses, just use proper TCM diagnostic procedures and treat what you see.
